How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance for summer dates, as our calendar fills up quickly. For larger or more bespoke events, even earlier is ideal to ensure availability and planning time.
Do you only offer services in Surrey?
While we’re based in Surrey, we regularly travel across the South East and beyond for larger events. If you’re outside the area, just get in touch - we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Can I customise the packages shown on your website?
Absolutely! All of our packages are completely flexible. Whether you want to add a DJ, upgrade the bar, or include more décor, we’ll tailor everything to suit your needs and vision.
What happens if weather affects my event?
We always build a weather contingency into your plan. We can help arrange cover such as marquees or adjust the setup to suit indoor or sheltered spaces if needed.
Do you offer dry hire or setup only for events?
Yes - we can offer décor as a dry hire option (for collection or delivery), or provide full setup and takedown depending on your preference. Just let us know what works best for you.
